N10276 extruded seamless pipe is a seamless Hastelloy C-276 product manufactured by hot extrusion at Jiangsu Ji Lai Da Nickel-Based Alloy Co., Ltd. — formed in a single pass without any longitudinal weld seam. In chloride-rich, sulfuric acid, or sour gas service where a weld heat-affected zone becomes the first point of failure, seamless construction preserves the full 16% molybdenum and 15.5% chromium chemistry from bore to outer surface, delivering corrosion resistance that welded C-276 pipe cannot guarantee.
