Superalloys hold their strength at temperatures where stainless steel has already softened and deformed — and the superalloy seamless tube from Jiangsu Ji Lai Da Nickel-Based Alloy Co., Ltd. covers the grades that make that difference matter: Inconel 718 (UNS N07718), N06625 (Inconel 625), Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276), HC-22 (UNS N06022), and N08031 (Alloy 31). These are not upgraded stainless steels; they are fundamentally different metallurgical systems built on nickel or nickel-iron-chromium matrices with controlled additions of molybdenum, niobium, titanium, and tungsten, engineered for service above 600 °C, in corrosive gas streams, under mechanical stress, or any combination of the three.
Each tube is hot-extruded from solid billet in a single pass — no weld seam, no rework, consistent grain structure
throughout — available in OD 6–89 mm, wall thickness 3–9 mm, lengths 3 000–10 000 mm. Inconel 718, the classic
precipitation-hardenable superalloy, retains tensile strength above 1 000 MPa at 700 °C; N06625 serves well up to about
650 °C under stress; C276 and HC-22 are optimized for corrosion resistance and perform best below 500 °C. Gas turbine
hot sections, petrochemical cracking furnaces at 800–1 100 °C, nuclear heat exchangers, aerospace engine ducting, and
downhole oil-and-gas tools exposed to H₂S and CO₂ at elevated pressure — these are the applications where replacement
cycles must stretch into years, not months, and where a seamless extruded tube from a factory-direct China manufacturer
is the only economically rational choice. ISO 9001 plus four additional industry certifications govern every shipment
from Ji lai da. EN 10204 3.1 MTC with full heat traceability is standard. FOB, CIF, and DDP delivery worldwide. Submit
an RFQ specifying grade, dimensions, heat-treatment condition, and destination port to Jiangsu Ji Lai Da Nickel-Based
Alloy Co., Ltd. for a factory-direct quotation and proforma invoice within one business day.
Operating Environments
Gas turbine hot sections and combustion liners. Petrochemical cracking furnaces running at 800–1100 °C. Nuclear heat
exchangers. Aerospace engine ducting. Downhole oil and gas tools exposed to H₂S and CO₂ at elevated pressure. The

FAQ
Q1: What defines a 'superalloy' vs a standard nickel alloy?
A: Superalloys maintain most of their mechanical strength at temperatures above 600 °C through precipitation
hardening or solid-solution strengthening. Standard nickel alloys like C276 excel in corrosion but lose strength
faster as temperature climbs. Inconel 718 is the classic superalloy — age-hardenable, retaining >1000 MPa tensile
strength at 700 °C.
Q2: Can you supply heat-treated tubes?
A: Yes. Inconel 718 requires precipitation hardening (solution + aging) to reach full strength. We can deliver in
solution-annealed or fully heat-treated condition per your specification. Other grades are typically supplied in the
annealed state.
Q3: What's the maximum service temperature?
A: Depends on the grade and load. Inconel 718: ~700 °C under stress, ~1000 °C in low-stress oxidation service.
N06625: ~650 °C under stress. C276 and HC-22 are optimized for corrosion, not high-temperature strength — they serve
best below 500 °C. We'll help you pick the right alloy for your temperature and corrosion profile.
Q4: Why hot extrusion for superalloys?
A: Superalloys are among the hardest metals to form — they resist deformation even at elevated temperatures. Hot
extrusion applies uniform pressure through a die in one stroke, avoiding the repeated cold-work + anneal cycles that
cold drawing requires. Higher yield, lower cost per meter, better grain structure.
Q5: How do I place an order?
A: Specify grade, dimensions, quantity, heat-treatment condition, and destination port. We return a proforma invoice
within one business day. MTC per EN 10204 included.
