Wall Uniformity
The mandrel-to-die gap controls wall thickness directly. Eccentricity stays within tight limits — no mandrel deflection or roll misalignment to cause local thinning.
Recrystallized Microstructure
Hot extrusion refines grain in a single pass with no intermediate anneal. The result is fine, uniform grains that improve both corrosion test pass rates and mechanical property consistency.
Clean Bore
No weld bead, no internal scarfing marks. Surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 µm as-extruded; bright-annealed finishes reach Ra ≤ 0.8 µm for hygienic applications.
Material Efficiency

What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard grades (304, 316L, 310S): 500 kg. High-alloy stainless (2205, Х20Н25): 300 kg. Sample lengths of 300–500 mm can be arranged for material qualification.
Do you supply both MTC and mill certifications?
Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC. EN 10204 3.2 with third-party witness is available on request. Certificate of Origin, material traceability documents, and packing lists are provided for customs clearance.
What surface finishes are available?
As-extruded (mill scale), pickled (acid-washed), polished (mechanical or electrolytic), and bright-annealed. Hygienic-grade pipes are supplied bright-annealed with Ra ≤ 0.8 µm internally.
